Terms and conditions

• Gift vouchers can be used in any branch of Sino Medica in the UK
• This gift voucher has a cash redemption value of 0.001p and is not transferable
• Any unused balance will be saved for the recipient and can be used next time
• If the total amount payable exceeds the amount of the gift voucher, the balance must be paid by cash or cheque
• Gift vouchers and unused portions expire one year from the date of issue, where permissible under applicable law

How to obtain gift vouchers
Our gift vouchers have two formats: (1) general gift vouchers, which do not show the recipient's name and your personal message and (2) special gift vouchers, which include the recipients's name and your personal message of no more than 30 words.

The values of the vouchers are £15, £20, £25, £30, £35, £40.

General gift vouchers can be purchased, in person or by post, from Sino Medica at 92 Didsbury Road, Stockport, Cheshire, SK4 2JL. If you want to purchase gift vouchers by post, you must send a cheque of appropriate mount first. These also apply to special gift vouchers.

Special gift vouchers can be ordered by filling in the following form and purchased either in person or by post as described above.
