Safety of Herbal Medicine
We strictly follow the guidelines of the Medicines Control Agency of British Government and only full members of Chinese Medicine Association of Suppliers (UK) are used as our suppliers. We guarantee that both loose herbs and patent herbal medicines we supply are from reliable manufacturers and meet the requirement of Medicines Control Agency.
Confidentiality
Every one working with us is bound to keep information about your personal details, health and care confidential. The information we hold, both electronically and manually, about your personal details, your health, care and treatment is used in our clinic only and will not be shared with any other organisations.
