Ingredients


  • Red bell pepper
  • Red cabbage
  • Coriander seeds
  • Salt and ground pepper
  • Olive oil

Proceedings

Slice the vegetables with a mandolin.

Heat the olive oil in a pan and heat the seeds in it.

Add the vegetables and cook 2-3 minutes over high heat.

Season with salt and pepper and serve!
