Ingredients


  • One fennel
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • olive oil
  • salt and ground pepper

Proceedings

Cut the fennel into 3-4 slices.

Heat olive oil in a frying pan. Grill the fennel slices 3-4 minutes on each side with the cumin, salt and pepper. Decorate with the fennel leaves.
