Cooking Tips by Sinomedica - Fennel in the pan

Ingredients


  • Fennel
  • Fresh thyme
  • Olive oil
  • Unpeeled clove of garlic
  • Fleur de sel
  • Ground pepper

Proceedings

Cut and wash the fennel.

Heat olive oil in a skillet and add the whole clove. Leave it a minute or two then add the vegetable and as much fresh thyme as you like. Season with salt and cook on high heat 2-3 minutes. The fennel should be crispy.

Add a few fennel leaves, pepper and serve.
