  • Chanterelles
  • Shrimp
  • Fresh thyme
  • One clove of garlic
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and chili pepper

Proceedings

Quickly wash the mushrooms to remove their lands. Cut off the tails and dry them well on kitchen paper.

Prepare the shrimp. Remove the heads and carapace. Cut them into 2 or 3.

Heat some olive oil in a frying pan. Add the whole clove of garlic.

When you smell it, add the chanterelles cut as you like and sauté them 1 minute over medium-high heat.

Add the shrimp, salt, chili, and thyme. Cook about 1 minute and serve immediately with a little olive oil.
