Proceedings

Choose the proportion of vegetables according to your taste. Remove the artichokes' thick leaves and hay.

Wash and cut the vegetables into large pieces and cover them with water. Add salt and let it boil about half an hour.

Strain the broth, keep vegetables and chicken for another use (cream of chicken and vegetables), pepper and taste!
