  • White radish
  • Fresh oregano
  • Olive oil
  • Fleur de sel
  • Freshly ground pepper

Procedure

With a mandolin, cut the radish into carpaccio and place it on a plate.

Add a drizzle of olive oil, a little fleur de sel, as much fresh oregano as you like and ground pepper.
