  • Washed cauliflower
  • Olive oil
  • Dried mint leaves
  • Salt
  • Ground pepper

Proceedings

The day before, dry well-washed mint leaves by placing them, for example, on a sheet of kitchen paper placed on a radiator.

Heat the oven to 200 degrees.

Grate the cauliflower and mix it with the oil and salt. Spread it on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Let it grill for 5 minutes. Stir then spread again. Leave another 5 minutes and remove the baking sheet from the oven.

Serve warm or at room temperature with the ground pepper and mint.
