  • Olive oil
  • Salt

Preparation 5 minutes, cooking 20 minutes.

Wash and cut the eggplant. Pour in olive oil, season with salt and pepper and bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees. The eggplant should be tender and grilled. Be careful that they are well cooked, otherwise they are not good.

If they are pale in color when cooked, increase the temperature for a few minutes, being careful not to let them burn!
