  • One duck breast
  • One teaspoon of 5 peppercorns
  • Salt

Preparation 5 minutes, cooking 7 minutes.

Cut the duck breast on the skin side. Pepper it generously with 5 pepper berries, salt lightly.

Place breast in a thick-bottomed casserole dish with skin side down. Cook over medium-high heat for 7 minutes.

Remove the meat and let it rest for a few minutes in aluminum foil. The meat should be pink.
