Ingredients


  • One veal roast (in the neck)
  • Olive oil
  • White wine
  • Onion
  • Salt and ground pepper
  • Fresh herbs

Proceedings

Turn the oven on to high. Prepare a bed of onion with olive oil l.

Add the roast and place in the preheated oven. Brown 4 minutes on each side, add salt, a little white wine and lots of herbs.

Lower the temperature to 180 degrees and bake 90 minutes, basting the roast occasionally with the sauce.

Add ground pepper at the last moment.
