Ingredients


  • Red and yellow peppers
  • Cucumber
  • Coriander seeds
  • Fresh coriander
  • Olive oil
  • Fleur de sel and freshly ground pepper

Proceedings

Cut the cucumber into 2.5-3 cm rounds. Remove the seeds.

Grill some coriander seeds in a frying pan then add chopped peppers and cook over medium-high heat with a little olive oil for 3-4 minutes.

Spoon the bell pepper mixture into the cucumber rounds, season with salt and pepper and garnish with fresh cilantro.
