Ingredients


  • Leek
  • Bay leaves
  • Olive oil
  • Fleur de sel
  • Ground pepper
  • Oregano

Procedure

Cut off the dark green end of the leek to keep the light tender part. Wash it well, cut it into 2 lengthwise then into logs.

Boil it with salt and bay leaf for about 10 minutes. Drain well but keep the water that is good to drink!

Serve with olive oil, fleur de sel, ground pepper and fresh oregano.
