Pork escalope with vegetables


  • One pork escalope
  • Half a fennel
  • One stalk of celery
  • Green beans
  • Garlic
  • Olive oil
  • Peel of one orange



Preparation 5 minutes, cooking 15 minutes.

Cut vegetables.

Heat olive oil in a high-sided frying pan. When the oil is hot, add a clove of garlic. When the garlic has perfumed the oil, add the vegetables. Cook for about 10 minutes.

As soon as the vegetables have reached a tender consistency, add the meat and cook until tender.

Season with salt and pepper and at the last moment grate orange zest over the dish.
