Tuna tartare with lemon


  • Fresh tuna
  • One lemon
  • Olive oil
  • Red pepper berries
  • Coriander
  • Salt
  • Pepper



Preparation 10 minutes.

Chop with a knife the tuna previously cut down by the fishmonger.

Cut a few well-washed lemon slices. Cut them into small pieces.

Add the lemon thus cut, olive oil, red pepper berries, common salt, fresh cilantro and pepper to the fish. Serve cold.
